چکیده
This chapter provides an overview of ELIM and MOSLS, two of a family of models used by Army strength managers. It describes the models’ general analytic approach, the processing steps involved, and the outputs generated by each. It also discusses the advantages and disadvantages of ELIM and MOSLS for managing the Army’s various personnel activities. For a more detailed description of what ELIM and MOSLS do and how they work, see Appendices A and B, respectively.
